Vincenzini Consultants acquired 17.5% of Sarpandi Srl, P&I Correspondent based in Cagliari, Sardinia Island, representing most of major P&I Clubs and P&I Insurers throughout Sardinia.
This acquisition allows Vincenzini Consultants and Sarpandi to establish a synergy through which a wider range of services may be provided and a more and more efficient and cost-effective response may be given to the Members’ and Principals’ demands.
